Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse processing before shipment.

Weekends, public holidays and large promotion sales will extend processing time to up to 5 working days.

We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most countries globally, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, all EU member states, Southeast Asia and more.

Regions with international shipping restrictions will be automatically blocked during checkout.

3. Delivery Time Frames

  • US Domestic Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days
  • European Union Countries: 12–25 business days
  • Other International Regions: 15–35 business days

    Global delays may happen due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, local postal system issues, which are out of our control.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping cost is auto-calculated at checkout based on product weight, package size and destination country.

Free standard worldwide shipping applies to all orders over $80 USD (before tax & discount).

Expedited express shipping is available with an extra flat rate for customers who need faster delivery.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All international buyers are fully responsible for local customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees and any related charges when the parcel arrives in your country.

We cannot cover or pre-calculate these taxes, as customs rules differ in every territory.

6. Package Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s official website.

7. Lost, Stolen & Damaged Parcels

  1. Lost shipments: Submit a support ticket within 15 business days after shipping for carrier investigation. If confirmed lost permanently, we will offer a full refund or free re-delivery.
  2. Stolen packages: We take no responsibility for parcels marked “delivered” by logistics providers but stolen at your address. We recommend signature confirmation for high-value goods.
  3. Damaged goods on arrival: Send clear photos of broken packaging and defective items to our support team within 7 days of receiving the package for replacement or partial refund.

8. Undeliverable Returns

If your parcel is sent back to our warehouse because of invalid address, unclaimed delivery or rejected customs clearance, you need to pay a new shipping fee for re-delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
